General Protocols
Do you offer samples?
Yes. We provide unbranded samples of all standard sizes within 48 hours. Custom printed samples are available upon request with a 5-day lead time.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard sizes, the MOQ is 1 unit. For custom sizes or prints, the MOQ starts at 100 units to ensure production efficiency.
Are your materials sustainable?
All Packvera boxes are manufactured from at least 90% recycled corrugated material and are 100% curbside recyclable. Our inks are water-based and non-toxic.
Logistics & Shipping
How are the boxes shipped?
Boxes are shipped flat-packed in bundles to minimize volume. Palletized orders are strapped and shrink-wrapped for security.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We maintain distribution hubs in North America and Europe. International freight quotes are calculated dynamically at checkout.
What is the lead time for production?
Standard stock items ship same-day if ordered before 2 PM EST. Custom production runs typically require 7-10 business days.
Custom Engineering
Can I print inside the box?
Yes. We offer double-sided flexographic and digital printing options. You can configure this in the 3D builder.
Do you support vector files?
We accept AI, PDF, and EPS formats. All artwork undergoes a pre-flight check by our design team to ensure print clarity.
