Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use Packvera (including orders, quotes, and account data), why we process it under GDPR, who we share it with (e.g. carriers and payment providers), how long we keep it, and your rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data. It also covers cookies, security measures, and international transfers where relevant to delivering your packaging.

The Administrator processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means and the Consumer Rights Act.

Scope of processed data

Depending on the purpose of processing, the Administrator may process the following data:

  • Name and surname
  • E-mail address
  • Phone number
  • Correspondence and delivery address
  • Invoice data (company name, NIP/Tax ID)
  • Order history and data
  • Login data and session identifiers
  • IP address, browser technical data

Purposes and legal basis

Data is processed for the following purposes:

    Conclusion and performance of the product sales agreement (ready-made and custom-made), including domestic and international delivery – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

  2. 02.

    Payment handling and issuing invoices (upon request) – Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.

  3. 03.

    Fulfillment of tax and accounting obligations – Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

  4. 04.

    Handling complaints, returns, and contract withdrawals Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.

  5. 05.

    Contact regarding orders, customer service, and transactional notifications (e.g. order confirmations) – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

  6. 06.

    Internal log analysis for security and service stability – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Section 04

Data recipients

Data may be shared with trusted partners who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. These categories include:

  • Payment processors (for secure transaction processing).
  • Email and communication service providers (for order confirmations and notifications).
  • Logistics and courier companies (for order delivery).
  • Accounting firms and auditors.
  • IT infrastructure and hosting providers.

Data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes without the client's consent.

The policy may be updated. Every change is published on the store's website, with the effective date. Customers should review the current version.

Relation to store regulations

The Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Store Regulations. Purchases in the store signify acceptance of the regulations and the privacy policy.
