Terms of service

Rules for using the Packvera online store, placing orders for custom and ready-made packaging, payments, delivery, and your rights. These terms work together with our Privacy Policy.

Effective 1 January 2026

Section 01

General provisions

1. The Regulations define the rules for using the online store and the services provided by it available at www.packvera.com.

2. The Regulations are made available to the Client free of charge before concluding the agreement.

3. Placing an order signifies acceptance of the Regulations.

Section 03

Definitions

  • ClientA natural person, legal person, or organizational unit placing an order within the Store.
  • ConsumerA natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business activity.
  • Ready-made GoodsPrefabricated products available in the Seller's warehouse (e.g., standard sample packs).
  • Custom-made GoodsProducts manufactured according to the Client's individual specifications (dimensions, print, material).
  • Sales AgreementA contract for the sale of Goods concluding between the Client and the Seller via the Online Store.
Section 04

Technical requirements

To use the Store, the Client needs:

  • A device with Internet access.
  • An active e-mail address.
  • A web browser supporting cookies and JavaScript.
Section 05

Placing orders

1. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the website www.packvera.com.

2. For Custom-made Goods, the Client uses the configurator to specify dimensions, material, and quantity.

3. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, including technical specifications used for production.

4. The contract is concluded upon the Client's receipt of an order confirmation e-mail from the Seller.

Section 06

Payments

1. Prices are gross (including VAT) and expressed in PLN, unless otherwise indicated.

2. The Store supports electronic payments via external payment operators (Stripe).

3. The order processing time (production/shipping) begins after the payment is credited.

4. The Client receives an electronic proof of purchase (Order Confirmation). VAT invoices are issued and made available upon request to Clients who provide the necessary tax information.

Section 07

Delivery

1. Goods are delivered to the address indicated by the Client in the order form.

2. Delivery costs are indicated at the time of placing the order.

3. Delivery time depends on the production cue (for Custom Goods) and the carrier's service standards.

4. Upon receipt, the Client should check the condition of the shipment. In case of damage, a damage report must be written with the carrier.

Section 08

Right of withdrawal

Exclusion for custom goods

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts where the subject of performance is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy their individual needs (Custom-made Goods), pursuant to Art. 38 point 3 of the Consumer Rights Act.

1. For Ready-made Goods, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller via a clear statement (e.g. using the withdrawal form).

3. The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

Section 09

Complaints

1. The Seller is obliged to provide Goods free from defects.

2. Complaints regarding defects can be submitted electronically to Email Us.

3. The complaint should include: Client data, information about the subject of the complaint, and the request.

4. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days.

5. Dimensional tolerances for cardboard products are +/- 3mm and are not considered defects.

Section 10

Electronic services

1. The Store provides the following electronic services: Account maintenance, Order form, Configurator.

2. Detailed rules for processing personal data in connection with these services are described in the Privacy Policy.

Section 11

Final provisions

1. The Regulations are valid from 01.01.2026.

2. The governing law for the Service Agreement is Polish law.

3. Disputes with Consumers shall be settled by competent common courts.

4. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
